** IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT DIAMOND JEWELLERY ORDERS

  • To ensure the safe delivery of all orders containing diamond jewellery, signature will be required on delivery via our shipping partner, AustraliaPost for all deliveries made Australia-wide.

  • All Anja Jewellery parcels are deliberately sent in secure & plain packaged satchels.

  • If you wish to forego signature on delivery, please contact us immediately via e-mail prior to order fulfilment via support@anjajewellery.com

AUSTRALIA-WIDE SHIPPING INFO

$10 Standard Shipping Australia-wide for orders under $200 (unless otherwise stipulated).

Express shipping is not currently available. If you require urgent shipping, please contact support@anjajewellery.com before placing your order.

Australia-wide Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days

  • All domestic orders are shipped via our courier partners, Australia Post or Sendle. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking details. If you do not receive these details, please e-mail support@anjajewellery.com.

  • Please note that tracking information becomes available after our couriers process your shipment.

  • Please note the above estimated postal times are a guideline & we cannot be held accountable for delays due to the delivery service. Once your items have been sent, you will be emailed your Tracking Number. We are unable to change the shipping address once you receive these details. 

  • Should you miss the attempted delivery of your package, check if an 'Awaiting Collection' card has been left in your letterbox & arrange with your local postal service for redelivery or collection. Parcels may be returned to us if re-delivery or collection is not arranged. 

  • Any parcels that are returned to us, will encounter a $10 fee to cover the re-shipping cost. We will contact the email address provided to arrange this. If there is no correspondence after 7 days, a refund will be supplied less the return to sender fee of $10.

  • Please note, Anja Jewellery is not responsible for any shipping delays or items lost in transit once they have been collected by our shipping carrier.

International orders may require a signature upon delivery. Please be aware that product costs and delivery fees do not include taxes and duties, which may be imposed by customs or postal authorities in your country of delivery. Anja Jewellery is not responsible for any additional charges associated with international customs & taxes.

TRACKING

After your purchase from Anja Jewellery, you will be updated via e-mail on your order status during each step of the way:

  1. Order confirmation of your purchase.
  2. When your order has been shipped.

A tracking number will be provided when your order has been shipped. You then will be able to use the tracking number to track your order on the carrier’s website listed in the email.

CANCELLING / AMENDING YOUR ORDER

Our customer service and dispatch team work hard to get your order dispatched as soon as possible. After your order has been placed we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel or update your order upon request. Please e-mail support@anjajewellery.com with your order number found in your order confirmation e-mail and we will do our best to support you.
